This is an example application. One which I used for WoW but still the template should be a good example for making a new application. (editted it a bit)
Ofcourse we cannot ask to have such a long application since this application is based on 3 years WoW experience.

Factions I've been in previously: I've started with the guild Dark Order as GM by taking it over from a friend of mine.. It was more ment as a friend/lvling guild so I started.. Once TBC came out I started lvling a belf priest and felt like raiding.. So decided to leave the guild to the rest of the friends and joined Eclipse where also allot of my irl friends were in, and I started to experience raiding in Karazhan.. After a while Eclipse encountered problems for not being able to get 25 man online so they decided to merge with the guild Catch and created Awakening.. It all went too fast and it saw it's downfall.. After the disband of Awakening I joined Exile.. Allthough the ppl gone arrogant for being able to down Vashj >ONCE< and idd we never managed to down it again.. And that made the atmosphere quite unpleasant so I decided to make my leave..
After all that I came to the decision of making my own guild Paranoia with irl friends and friends of them.. And we actually started quite well with clearing Karazhan on first try and downed the Bear avatar aswell on first try in Zul'Aman.. Allthough we had quite a nice start for what it was ment to be a casual guild it went downroad quite fast after that.. Tanks not getting online, healers not getting online, dps not getting online.. In other words, the guild went too inactive to raid anymore which I pretty much got sick off for the past 2/3 weeks so I decided that it was time for an officers meeting and we decided that the guild will have to disband.. And that left me helping out a guild which is having some hardtime in Karazhan..
After all that I decided to leave Talnivarr and move to Mazrigos and join the guild The Beauties, which were at that time in Sunwell Brutallus, this guild has been my best raiding experience till now.. And now I'm leaving this guild again because of the slacking attitude which practicly killed the guild so I moved back to Talnivarr in order to go back to my irl friends.. So I joined School Bus and downed 2x Kalecgos with them.. Not much later after that summer break came and allot of active members started to leave the guild because there we're guilds with more progress which they could join.. And School Bus decided to stop with raiding till WotLK is released, that made me join with the remaining members of School Bus to Uprising where I got a Class Leader spot after some trouble with the old CL..
Why do you want to join?: Because I want to be in a guild which is serious when it needs to be, and love to see some more content in this game if possible..
